I would like to take the opportunity to let you know a little about myself both personally and professionaly.
I have lived, went to school, and worked in Central Missouri all my life. After attending Central Missouri State University, I worked ten years as a Human Resources Manager. Through this experience I gained the ability to multi-task, complete jobs thoroughly, and communicate effectively, skills I still utilize in the real estate fireld. During my tenure as a Human Resources Manager, I served as Chairman of the Governor's Job Service Employer's Committe. My civic involvement has included, serving on the City Council of Versailles as an Alderman and Mayor pro-tem. I have also been involved with the American Cancer Society, the Muscular Dystrophe Association, Habitat for Humanity, Children's Miracle Network, JC High School Mentoring Program, Samaritan Center, Council for Drug Free Youth, Jefferson City Multicultural Forum, and various other charities.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2001, I have achieved several levels of awards, not only within the Remax organization, but also the Missouri Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Jefferson City area Board of Realtors. I have served on the Multi-List Service (MLS), Realtors Educating and Challanging Teens (REACT), Equal Opportunity, Community Service, Special Events, and Education Committees. I serve on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS, and I am a member of the Jefferson CIty Area Board of Realtors Honor Society.
I have had a very successfull track record in both listing and sales of properties in Jefferson City and the surrounding areas. I take pride in knowing that my clients are satisfied with my service when the deal is done. I serve clients in all demographics and all price ranges. Everyone recieves the same quality service, no matter if you are a first time buyer, investor, moving up, or downsizing. Whether you are selling or buying, I would like the opportunity to give you the service you deserve in a real estate transaction.
